Fuerteventura is on

So far we have been racing for 2 days now and 6 rounds have been completed.

I am far from the top, I really have no speed here at all- even though my starts are perfect on the line when the green flag goes up, I get passed on the first leg and only have a chance to advance if someone fall´s in to be honest! Sad but true. I was here for 7 days up until the event tunning my sails but just cant get settled in. Last year, I was flying in slalom - and its frustrating not be anymore...

When you are being knocked out in the first rounds, days are long and all you can do is sit and watch the others. It´s quite impressive to see the big "guns" like Antoine, Finnian and Bjorn sheet in and just go fast. Antoine is like last years clearly the man to beat and is far in front already...

The setup of the whole event is amazing. First of all the PWA crew is super professional and everything is on time. Lots of people watching and spectators are there to intertain the crowd on the beach with all the action from the water.

The forecast is for the wind to drop a litlte and tomorrow is a new day...
