Bye Bye Sydney

After nearly 1 month in Sydney, the trip is set towards Europe...
I had such a good time and have been training really hard with my friend, Brett (got my ass kicked in Cross fit by a 40 year old :-). Every morning I was doing Cross Fit, which is new for me. It was really a motivating form of training and we had a personal trainer, with no sympathy most days. All the exercise where out door and not in a hot stinking gym. After workout "quite" time was needed and that was often spend strolling around Sydney center, meeting with friends for lunch or relaxing at Bondi Beach followed, by 3-4 hours windsurfing in the afternoon as the Seebreeze kicked in.
That was pretty much what I did every day for the last month. Great thing about Sydney is that there are also time for fun and meeting people and basically there is something going on every night — so there is no excuse to stay home...Well, did I mention we did go to bed at 10 o´clock every night for the first 10 days, training was just to hard...
However half way trough I did have a chance to go out and enjoy the taste of the Sydney night life...Favourite place is for sure "Ivy Bar", great place on a roof top with a pool and lots of crazy people, amazing place. Hugo´s restaurant was pretty cool on a sunday and table 37 I highly recommend, however you gotta be there to find out :-).
Next is working in Lanzerote for a few days and then back to DK to enjoy some more Cross fit and time with family and friends... End of February I will head towards Florida for 2 big events and after I will go to the worlds in Argentina.
Lots of travelling, but hey - that´s what I do and I enjoy every minute...
